DELIVERY

 

Dear Freedom ships Internationally.

FREE shipping is offered within European Union for all orders above 50 eur.

FREE shipping is offered in Lithuania, (except for Kursiu Nerija), Latvia and Estonia for all orders.  

For the Internation orders (outside EU), the delivery is charged. The delivery costs will be visible in the checkout page of the Online store. 

 

If you don't find your country under Delivery destinations, please contact us at hello@dearfreedom.com, we will be glad to send to any part of the world under the agreed terms and cost.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 2-6 business days in the Europe and 2-10 business days for the rest of the world depending on delivery destination. 

If you need your clothes at certain date, don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@dearfreedom.com, we will do our best to fulfill all your needs.

 

RETURNS

 

If the item does not fit you perfectly, you have ordered wrong size or you have decided to return or exchange for any reason we are ready to accept your return that is reported to us within 15 days from the delivery date.

Unfortunately we will not be able to accept the returned/exchanged items that are dirty, soiled, have been washed or worn. All items have to be returned in their original packaging and have original label on them.

Please note, that all return/exchange shipment costs are not refunded and will be at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

For the return or exchange of your order please follow the steps below:

 

1. Before returning an item please email us at hello@dearfreedom.com, specify the Order number and the reason for return.

 

2. In case you would like to exchange, email us at hello@dearfreedom.com, specify the Order number and the items you would like to exchange. Please allow us to confirm that your exchange is feasible. Our collection is exclusive and the number of items is limited.

 

3. Make sure the products returned/exchanged are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, along with the original packaging and labels attached.

 

4. After receiving the confirmation e-mail (1-2 business days), please send us your return. 

5. Returning goods must be shipped with the service providing a tracking number. We are not responsible and will not exchange/refund damaged or lost goods in transit. The Buyer covers the cost of the return/exchange shipping.

REFUNDS

 

Refunds are processed instantly after the reception of the items returned.

We refund the original price paid for the returned goods. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.

All returns will be credited to the original account of the purchaser. Refunds of goods purchased with a gift card will be issued in form of another gift card.

You will be notified by e-mail once the refund process has been completed.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

 

For delivery to European Union countries prices already include VAT. Taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Before making an order please check your countries customs policy and rates.
