Brief update...

I’m currently travelling, but I’ve found some time (and internet) to quickly update my blog with a couple of things.

Firstly Adrian Warnock has asked bloggers to inform other bloggers that his address blog address has now changed to:

http://adrianwarnock.com

His blog is excellent and well worth reading.

It has come to my attention over the last few weeks, since I started this blog really, that there are many concerns in the Christian “blogosphere” about the nature of anonymous bloggers. There are worries of accountability, lack of background information and the independent nature that occurs when we can speak frankly without consequences. The subject has been blogged about on a number of occasions in the last few months. This is a concern that I fully understand and one that I would like to deal with.

If you would like to know what type of church I go to, then you can look at the church website by clicking here.

If you would like to know more about the UCCF affiliated Christian Union that I am a member of then you can look at the CU website by clicking here.

Those two websites should give you an idea of my theological position. For the assurance of anyone who was wondering about accountability – I am accountable to people both in my church and in my CU.

My reasons for anonymity are not based on my desire to speak freely without people knowing who I am (anyone who knows me personally will know that I am not afraid to speak frankly in public). You can see my reasons for anonymity by looking at my first post.

Please feel free to contact me through email [dearfreedom[at]gmail[dot]com] if you would like – I’d be very happy to respond.

God Bless.
